To officially kickoff the wedding weekend, please join us for complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres with our closest family and friends, while taking in sweeping views of the Savannah River and the charming historic district skyline!

FYI -transportation will not be provided but the Savannah Belles Ferry (a free water taxi) picks up and drops off in front of the property from 7am - 10pm, 7 days a week. If you’re already staying on property, it's just a short walk downstairs. If you decide to drive, please let us know so that we can comp your valet.

After the welcome party, you'll have the opportunity enjoy the rest of the evening on you own.

We've arranged complimentary trolley transportation for all guests the day of the wedding.

ARRIVING:

The trolley will begin picking up guests at two centralized locations for transportation to the wedding ceremony beginning at 2:45 PM.

1st Stop at 2:45PM: The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort

2nd Stop at 3:10 PM: The Cambria Hotel Savannah Downtown Historic District

DEPARTING:

Trolley service will pick back up at the end of the night at 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

After the ceremony, the wedding party along with immediate family will be taking photos. At this time, guests will be brought back on the trolley for a scenic tour of Savannah and then dropped off at the wedding reception venue for cocktail hour before the reception begins.

During cocktail hour, you'll be able to enjoy live music, passed appetizers, and refreshing beverages. Make sure to check out our signature drinks at the bar!

Immediately following cocktail hour, the reception will begin with dinner, drinks, and dancing. Get ready to have fun! If you haven't yet, make sure to RSVP and put in your music request. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

As a friendly reminder, the trolley service will pick back up at the end of the night at 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM. You will be dropped off at the same location you were originally picked up from.
